Welcome to Sandstone Community Church
We are a friendly Bible-based Church sharing our gifts and talents for Jesus.
Our church family has a passion to serve the local communities of our area through various activities such as craft groups, play groups, Bible studies and more. We love to help others practically, so we also provide community care. By helping those in need in small ways, SCC often has a big impact on the lives of the locals.
The Sandstone Community Church commenced as an outreach church plant of the Bribie Island Baptist Church in 2013. In 2017, the church became a separate fellowship supported by Queensland Baptists ‘Mission to Queensland’.
While we are conservative and evangelical in theology, the worship meeting style is somewhat less formal. We always strive for our services to be unifying and encouraging to all who attend while upholding the glorious truths of the Bible, all to the glory of God.
We are committed to pointing people to the forgiveness and hope found only in Jesus Christ and look forward to seeing how God will impact your life as you worship alongside us. No matter where you are in your faith journey, you’re welcome.
